It looks like there’s no more delays hitting Naughty Dog’s upcoming action game, The Last of Us: Part II (stylicized as The Last of Us 2)! Naughty Dog has announced that the game has reached gold status today!

This bit of news was shared by Creative Director Neil Druckmann in a new video.

In the video, Druckmann, gushes on the game’s level of polish, the soundtrack and how he even teared up after finishing it.

Those not familiar with the term, a game hitting “gold” means that development (even quality control and polish) is finished, and the finished build is sent out factories to be manufactured and pressed for retail. In short: the game is ready to be played and completed!

Announced way back in 2016, The Last of Us 2 has been one of the most anticipated games in PS4 history.

Now in case you haven’t kept up with The Last of Us 2 news, a major portion of the game has leaked online, and that means people are spoiling the game’s story for other gamers. While Sony has already identified the individuals associated with the leak, we sadly can’t control how many assholes there are using the internet.

Please don’t spoil the story for people. We won’t tolerate any spoiler chatter on the site and will delete and ban comments about it.

The Last of Us: Part II will be out this June 19.
