It looks like early Xbox Series X adopters who want to revist the world of the Elder Scrolls Skyrim are in for a treat, as a Reddit user by the name of “u/annathetravelbanna” posted a thread which says that you can run The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim at 60fps!
Check out the reddit thread below for the details and the Uncap FPS Mod instructions.
According to the instructions, you can enable the 60fps by downloading a mod that enables the mode in a Series X console. It requires a few steps to of opening up the mod menu and restarting the game, but once that’s done you’ll be able to enjoy the game in full 60fps glory.
Originally released none years ago for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, Skyrim was the fifth major installment in the Elder Scrolls franchise by Bethesda, and would go on to become one of the best video games of all time — receiving multiple “Game of the Year” awards as a result.
