With Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales hitting the PS4, and with Demon’s Souls rumored to be making its way onto the PS4, it seems Resident Evil Village PS4 and Xbox One versions are on the way too — at least according to a retailer.

Online retailer Play-Asia has listed Resident Evil Village for current-gen on its storefront alongside the PS5 and Xbox Series X versions:

It could very well be an error on the retailer’s part, but as of press time, the listings are still up. We’ve contacted Capcom to ask about this and we’ll update the post if we hear anything back. Mind, given that we don’t have any official confirmation yet, this could very well be a mix up. Then again, games being leaked by retailers isn’t anything new as well.

Would you want to see Resident Evil Village appear on the PS4/Xbox One or should it stick to next-gen so there’s more reason for gamers to upgrade? Of note, Capcom themselves said that Resident Evil Village might hit the PS4 and Xbox One, but wouldn’t guarantee it.
