Fans of BioWare’s Mass Effect series who are looking forward to the remaster of the first three titles may finally have a release date to get excited about, as retailer listings seem to have confirmed that the Mass Effect Legendary Edition release date is set for March 12, 2021!

Singaporean retailer Shopitree has the following listing:

Release Date: 12 March 2021
Genre: Third-Person Shooter
Language: English
Region: Region 3

Mass Effect [Legendary Edition] includes:

– Mass Effect
– Mass Effect 2
– Mass Effect 3
– Promo weapons, armors, and packs

One person is all that stands between humanity and the greatest threat it’s ever faced. Relive the legend of Commander Shepard in the highly acclaimed Mass Effect trilogy with the Mass Effect™ Legendary Edition.

If that’s not enough, Indonesian retailer GSSHOP has tweeted a promo for the compilation as well, which also lists it for March 12, 2021!

Bear in mind, this has not been confirmed by BioWare or EA, so take it with a grain of salt for now. That said, these retailer release date leaks are usually accurate, so the chances of this being legit are quite high. Announced and officially confirmed back in November 2020, we have yet to see any gameplay footage of the remaster/remake for BioWare’s iconic trilogy. Let’s hope that changes soon.
