Perhaps one of the most strangest, yet hilarious game bug we’ve seen in a while, it would appear that some who are playing Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales are mysteriously having their character turned into street lamps amongs other things.

If you’re one of the many who purchased Spider-Man: Miles Morales this past Thursday, you’re probably well into the game without any major hitches. In fact, from our playthrough so far, it has been pretty bug-free with the exception of a few lighting occurrences. Still, there’s no denying that the title is a very polished one. Despite this though, it would seem that some users are encountering a very odd bug, one that seemingly turns them into a inanimate object.

This one here occurred when the player collided with a brick wall, thus transforming them into a Spider-Brick, the web swinging brick!

The user notes that upon entering a fight he had turned into a white cube, though the game ended up crashing and reseting back to the default Spider-Man model.

This next one a bit… weirder.

We aren’t sure exactly why this happening, but it certainly isn’t a bug that many are really complaining about. We’re sure Insomniac Games are already looking into these random occurrences, so hopefully (or not?) a patch is distributed soon.

Spider-Man Miles Morales is now available on the PS4 and PS5.
