With a little over a month left to go until release, developers Moon Studios has announced that Ori and the Will of the Wisps has finally gone gold!
For those who don’t know, going Gold means that the game is “completed” and ready to be printed onto physical discs for retailer purchases. This is very much good news as it means that any delays are extremely unlikely to happen now that the final code is being distributed to manufacturers for print. Moon Studios announced this today, showing their Gold Disc.
Ori and the Will of the Wisps has gone GOLD🌟! A big congratulations to Moon Studios and the entire team.

There’s still a full month before release, and despite them being done with the game’s main code, they’ll likely continue working on the title for some post-launch polishing. For now, you can enjoy one of the many trailers that have released for the title down below.
Ori and the Will of the Wisps will be available for PC and Xbox One on March 11. There is currently no word on a Nintendo Switch version, although the original did launch on the platform just last year.
