To help kick off the countdown to release, Naughty Dog today has released a free The Last of Us: Part 2 Dynamic Theme along with revealing the first look at a new Ellie Statue.

The theme can be downloaded VIA PlayStation Store using the following codes down below. The theme is rather unique as it changes with the passing on real-world time, going from day to night as you can see in the video below.

  • Americas: 4FMP-BBNM-J5L3
  • Europe/AU/NZ/Russia/Middle East/Africa/India: 9DEK-PKNG-N445
  • Japan and Asia: R833-6TNN-FFXF (Please check out each country’s official PlayStation social channel for more details if code doesn’t work)

In addition, the team has also revealed their newest Ellie Statue, made by Dark Horse Direct, which is now available for pre-order for $99.

The official page reads:

In anticipation of her pursuit of vengeance in The Last of Us Part II, Naughty Dog and Dark Horse are proud to present the next Ellie statuette releasing exclusively on Dark Horse Direct! Standing at 8″ tall and featuring Ellie at the ready with her machete, this stunning statuette was sculpted by the artists at Naughty Dog and prototyped and painted by Gentle Giant Studios, offering meticulous detail and authenticity.

After overwhelming demand for our previous limited-edition Ellie Statue offering, this production run will be limited to the number of pre-orders received. Only available through Dark Horse Direct, pre-orders will be cutoff on March 13, 2020. Make sure to secure one for yourself and share with your friends before it’s too late!

For those hoping to see more of the game, PAX starts at the end of this month, and Naughty Dog has confirmed that the title will be available there for some hands-on experience. We should get plenty of news once the event starts. The Last of Us: Part 2 was originally launching this month, however, it has since then been delayed to the new release date of May 29th, 2020. It will be available exclusively for the PlayStation 4.
